Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your four customer case-study videos with the keyword “SAMANTHA”. Each banner is also shown at real phone size, so you can see every word reads.

Your plan

Your 4 customer videos stay the free giveaway (DM "SAMANTHA"). The next step up is a small lunchtime Zoom, "The Inbox Nobody Owns", built on what The Surgery at Jerra, Burwood and Maxim Street & Hill Street changed. The one-shot DM goes to anyone who engages or connects. These invites go to the group operators and doctor owners on your list, with the case study that matches them as the hook. Everyone who books gets a 5-minute call, then the free 2-week trial.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → Add a link → caregp.com.au/clinics, then upload the tile as its image.
  5. Reply to every “SAMANTHA” with the four video links, then the DM below.

Five options

Option 1Your face, your buyer, and the Y Combinator and Forbes logos. The one we'd pick.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm about to head out the door for tennis, so I'll be quick.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to say hi properly.

I'm Melvin and I run Care GP. We build AI agents for GP clinics. The first one, Samantha, files every incoming document (pathology, imaging, specialist letters, referrals) to the right patient and the right doctor in Best Practice.

Your profile reminded me of [CLIENT NAME]. Their team [was holding documents for more than a week]. Now [RESULT].

It works because nobody is uploading documents by hand between patients any more. Samantha reads each one, fills in the fields and files it. So far she's filed over 3 million documents for GP clinics in every state.

Right now any clinic can try Samantha free for 2 weeks, with no setup fee and no credit card.

As you can imagine, the scanning pile isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I've got to run or I'll be late on court. Would a quick walk-through be useful? I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow.

If not, no biggie. Happy to just send you our case-study videos from 4 GP practices instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Melvin

Invite them to a workshop

The Inbox Nobody Owns. Online on Zoom on {Day + date} at [12pm AEDT]. 60 minutes, [SEATS, e.g. 20] seats, free, GP group operators and practice owners only.
The promise: see what your document inbox really costs, and how practices like yours took it off reception.
What we cover: 1. What lands in a clinic's inbox every day, who touches it, and the Jerra maths on your own numbers. 2. How Jerra, Burwood and Maxim Street took the typing out, and what to check before any AI files anything. 3. Rolling it out site by site across a group.

Why this workshop: Real results your customers say on camera and on caregp.com.au: The Surgery at Jerra (13 doctors) saves $55,000 a year in wages; Burwood Healthcare (22 doctors) went from documents held for more than a week to done every day; Maxim Street & Hill Street's owner says his staff don't handle or review documents any more. Check each practice is happy to be named in a message before you send.

If you've met them before, open with: "Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE, e.g. the RACGP Practice Owners conference]." Then carry on with the message. Swap the highlighted bits. [Square brackets] you fill in; {curly brackets} fill automatically.

LinkedIn 1. The invite (group ops and business managers)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small online workshop for GP group operations managers on {Day + date}, walking through how Burwood Healthcare went from documents sitting for more than a week to done every day, across 22 doctors.

Would you like to come?

LinkedIn 1. The invite (doctor owners and partners)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small online workshop for GP practice owners on {Day + date}, walking through how The Surgery at Jerra, a 13-doctor practice, now saves $55k a year in wages on document admin.

Would you like to come?

LinkedIn 1. The invite (owners of 2 to 3 sites)

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small online workshop for GP owners running more than one site on {Day + date}, walking through how Maxim Street & Hill Street got to the point where their staff don't handle or review documents at all.

Would you like to come?

Example, filled in (not a real person)

Hey Karen, I saw your post about losing two receptionists at {Company} in the same month.

I'm hosting a small online workshop for GP group operations managers on Thursday 23 October, walking through how Burwood Healthcare went from documents sitting for more than a week to done every day, across 22 doctors.

Would you like to come?

LinkedIn 2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [A PEER LIKE THEM, e.g. an ops manager running 6 clinics in Queensland] who's stuck on [PROBLEM], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

Problems to pick from: pathology results sitting in the inbox for days; reception typing 7 fields into every letter between patients; a tool that worked at one site and stalled at the next.

LinkedIn 3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I swear this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] GP group operators and owners on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on what your document inbox really costs, using the Jerra maths on your own numbers.

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear how documents are handled across your sites now and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're snowed under, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

When they say yes

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: [LINK]

Do you have 5 minutes at [TIME] or [TIME] today? I'd love to run you through who else is coming.

Before it goes live

  • Your location: your profile still says Singapore. Switch it to Sydney before the banner goes up.
  • Your exit number: your About says a $1.5bn US IPO and your Latch role says c.US$1.6 billion. Pick one. Option 5's headline uses $1.5bn.
  • Top 100 Innovators: option 5 leads on it. The Australian's list is paywalled, so please check the wording matches how they named you.
  • Customers on your profile: option 2 shows the Qualitas Health, Health & Co and Doctors & Co logos, and option 4 shows Scott from The Surgery at Jerra. They're already on your website, but check they're happy to be on your LinkedIn too.
  • The workshop: pick the date, time and seat count, and set up the booking link, before the first invite goes out. Check Jerra, Burwood and Maxim Street & Hill Street are happy to be named in messages.
  • One clinic number: your site says 350+ clinics on one page and 400+ on another, so the kit says "every state" instead. Pick one and we can add it.
  • Two small fixes in your Experience: the email reads melvin@careagp.com.au (extra "a"), and "without venture funding" now sits next to YC S26.
